A safe way to tell us something you think we should know — without giving your name.

Pass along what you know

Use this form if you have information that may help keep people safe, prevent a problem, or clear something up. You can submit as staff, a family member, a visitor, or anyone with something worth reporting. Keep it short and specific when you can.

This is not an emergency line. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the facility at (606) 878-9431.

Who sees your tip

Tips go only to our detective and upper command staff. They are not shared with the general workforce or posted publicly.

We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
Reviewers see the category, your message, and when it arrived — not your name or contact info (unless you type those into the message).
If you type your name or contact info in the message, they may use that to follow up. Leave it out if you want to stay anonymous.
Technical connection details (such as IP address) may be kept only so system administrators can respond to spam or abuse. They are not shown to tip reviewers and are not used as your identity on the tip.
To cut down on spam, the same browser may need to wait a short time between tips. That does not block other people on the same Wi‑Fi or network.

What happens next

Your tip is available only to detective and upper command staff.
They review it and decide what, if any, follow-up is needed.
We cannot reply unless you left a way to contact you in the message.

Submit information in good faith. False or harassing reports waste time and may have legal consequences.
